Karan OlsonKaran Olson, Massage Therapist, is an intuitive healer, with many years of experience and training in Massage Therapy and Healing Touch. Her internships provided international influence in her bodywork styles. No two sessions are alike and she is guided by energy and led where to concentrate work, much as a dowser looking to find water.

She has owned multiple businesses, from magazines to international craft companies. She has appeared live on air with QVC nationally and internationally. Her passion is people and helping them bloom. Essential oils are a favorite adjunct in her practice along with natural healing arts. Luther college provided the backdrop for her interest in healing arts, and the term Pidea (Latin for "continuous learning") has been her mantra.

Michael KurznMichael Kurzn, graduated in 1991 from the Californian Medical School of Shiatsu. Shiatsu means finger pressure in Japanese. He practices the Namikoshi style. It works on pressure points to help the body heal itself through balancing the energy meridians of the body. When the chi (energy) is balanced, the body can rid itself of pain, tension, and other dysfunctions. Shiatsu is beneficial for issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, headaches, and detoxification. Michael performs shiatsu on the massage table, and a person remains fully clothed during the session. Michael also practices Swedish massage and reflexology. His passion is to make people feel better through body and spirit.

Michael has hours available daily (including weekends) except Wednesdays. Michael enjoys gardening and bowling as his two main hobbies. He has lived in the area for about 20 years and is glad to be working again as a massage and shiatsu therapist.

Jennifer  DodgeJennifer Dodge Jen graduated from the Minnesota school of Business in Rochester with a certificate in Massage Therapy. She practices Swedish massage, pregnancy massage, aromatherapy, and also works with hot stones. Jen became a massage therapist because she wanted to be able to help people heal in a more natural way. Jen enjoys participating in 5k’s and spending time with family in her free time.

Paula BartshPaula Bartsh Paula lives in Plum City on a hobby farm with her husband and two sons, ages 14 and 4. She enjoys being creative with a crafts such as scrapbooking, crocheting, and repurposed garden art. She found a new love in energy work when she discovered Energy Healing through her own personal experience with depression. She was so impressed how it had helped her that she felt she had to help others. Paula is certified in Energy Healing and is continuing her education in other energy modalities. She feels she has been blessed to find her purpose in life and is grateful for the opportunity to be able to share it with others here at Body Kneads.

Mae Clayton-BrownMae Clayton-Brown Mae is a successful hypnotherapist and Reiki Master Teacher with a practice in Rochester, MN. She completed her studies under WM Baldwin in Florida for past life regression and spirit releasement therapy and also under Zoilita Grant in Colorado for Clinical Counseling Hypnotherapy. Mae is an animal lover and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Jackie BrathwaiteJackie Brathwaite Jackie Brathwaite, Massage Therapist, went to Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN from 2006-2007 for Massage Therapy. She has been doing massage therapy in Marshall, MN since graduating. She was a self-employed massage therapist at Sherman Chiropractic right after college (May 2007-August 2014) and did massage therapy at Big Stone Therapies also from August 2008-August 2014. She loves doing deep tissue and relaxation massage. Jackie got married to her husband Mike Braithwaite May 25, 2013.

Jessi MorganJessi Morgan Jessica Morgan, Massage Therapist, graduated with honors from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in 2012. She specializes in Swedish massage. She focuses on the client’s problem areas while giving the client a relaxing experience. She enjoys doing hot stone massage to help relax tight and knotted muscles, and loves to do aromatherapy also.

Lauren SheldonLauren Sheldon Lauren Sheldon is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, specializing in facial rejuvenation. She has a Master’s Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental medicine. Lauren has done extensive clinical work, both in a traditional clinical setting, as well work with disabled veterans and the homeless community. Lauren believes that Chinese Medicine is so much more than just needles. She utilizes all aspects of the medicine, include herbology, nutrition, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, massage and tui na.
